I've only got 5.5lbs to go! But it seems a very long way atm, cos now is when I'm beginning to constantly crave choc and other nice treats!! I wanted to shift the weight before my birthday in June and I know I can do it still - but I don't seem to have the determination that I had before - it's deserted me. Everybody keeps telling me how good I look and how slim I am now, do I really need to lose any more? And this makes my will power to succeed less and less...... :(

I'm sure you already know this, but perhaps to help ease your craving for sweets you could have an over ripe banana or a good nectarine. Something along those lines might help. =) And well done for coming as far as you have. You can totally kick these last five and a half pounds. Don't give up!
