I am off schedule with my meals today. I'm just now eating lunch - the only thing I've eaten since breakfast. At my desk, focusing on a project and barely surfacing for air. My water intake is low today - only 16 oz.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
