Wednesday,

All of the sudden I realized...oh, oh...I didn't do an entry! So here I am after surviving another trip to Kohls last night...I didn't get home till 8pm, starved, with a headache & a whole big bag of goodies.

This morning 3-1/2 miles only according to map my run, I suppose that's about right for how long it took & how I felt.

Marinated chicken on the grill tonight...yummy for my tummy tonight & tomorrow for lunch too!

I need to make a Kohls trip. Went through my summer clothes bag and it is all outta here. Which is good and bad. Good cause it means this WOE is working. Bad cause DH is going to flip when I want to go shopping, YET AGAIN (Hee Hee)

Like Karen often chides me.....You ran "only" 3.5 miles???!!! LOL!!! PUH-LEEZE!!!!! That's a fantastic run! Hope you enjoy that marinated chicken - it really DOES sound yummy!

Karenagain...I so understand that good & bad story! What I love best about Kohls is their credit card, if I do go overboard I can stick to that special payment amount...so no interest, till I get the balance down to something payoffable.

Sandy...ya knowwwwwww, I just never thought about how somebody else would/could think about that. To keep things in perspective, I should try to remember back when I started trying to walk/run...how hard running 50 yards was. It's all about lots of little steps!
