I decided to just weigh in every 2 weeks, instead of every week. I suspect I may have lost a little more than that, as it's "that time of the month" & I'm trying to drink teas & eat foods that will help me NOT retain water!!I did succumb to a craving yesterday & stopped at Yokes & got some of their bacon cheddar burger patties. I did use Thomas' light multigrain muffins for the bread though, so it wasn't that awful. Not like I stopped at McDonalds LOL.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
