Another day of no loss :( but still feeling good about the overall process. I am logging my food and I burning in the moderate zone so all is well, it is just my body not wanting to part with fat. I just need me and my body to get on the same page and let it go.

Just because you don't see the scale move doesn't mean that changes aren't happening. My friend went down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for months. Many things can factor in to the way we lose. Stick with it! The scale will move.
