I've enjoyed the sorts of food I've been rating and the exercise I've been getting. I look forward to continuing.
Huge accomplishment for me this week, jogged for 3 minutes straight during one of my cardio workouts. But I've also realized, I need to work on flexibility.

So currently my goals are:
Lose the right kind of weight
Make more progress with cardio
Keep increasing the number of squats I do (50 yesterday! Woo!)
Move from knee pushups to ones
Increase flexibility
195.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
