Quickie entry as it's late and I have to be up for work tomorrow. My training goal is doggedly getting done. I've not started running quite yet but someone "up there" is helping me get my walking done in spite of work schedules. I have noticed that on the days that I have to spend time catching up on laundry/errands/chores/etc. instead of walking (I usually only get 1 day off every week and a half right now), my walking ends up happening elsewhere.

Tonight's walk ended up being patrolling for 1.5 hours on foot at the park. The other day, at my other job, I had to run a large plant order upstairs because I was the only one working. 4 cartloads! I can't help but laugh a bit. I guess I've got support! :D

Haven't weighed in lately. I'm up too early to get into the bathroom that has the scale. It's in Mom's room and she's still sleeping. I hope I can sneak in there soon and see what's up with that.
