Well, I started this in October, 2011. It didn't last long at all.
On March 6th, 2012, I joined weight watchers. I decided if I have to pay $40 a month and weigh in with my co-workers, that I would have more accountability. IT'S WORKING!! Today is April 24, 2012 and I have lost 18 pounds. I have to say, on the program it is pretty easy. I was so afraid of counting things (points/calories..etc) but they have made it an easy program to follow. I actually have the online site telling me to slow my weight loss down! I am telling everybody about WW, that's how thrilled I am with the program. My hubby has gone from a size 44 jean to a 38 in the same amount of time. YAY!
