1st week back has gone well. Surprised how easy it was to fall back into routine and the very quick results. After all of the health issues I've had recently, I have to wonder if part of it was that I slacked off the super low carb. My chiropractor insists that I have some sever sevsitivities to certail carb containing foods and it could be causing the arthritis and heart stuff. So, back to the diet and we"ll see what happens. The thought of winning cash for losing weight is a pretty cool motivation!
