So I must say I didn’t record in my journal this much during my previous attempts on Fatsecret and I think that’s a shame. I had no idea there were so many supportive people on this site and how much that support really helps keep you going. So here I go with another entry:)

I have really been enjoying the Dukan plan so far. For multiple reasons, let me list a few (1) no hunger pains throughout the day, (2) my husband is doing it with me…this is huge, (3) the food is really really good. I can definitely say this is the first eating plan that I can see following all the stages from start to stabilization.

I want to share an awesome website that has been an enormous help for the good food mentioned above. www.dukanitout.com This website has so many great recipes and is really user friendly. I have tried many and all have been fantastic. My husband has been thrilled with the food being put on his plate.

I also find your first paragraph true. The more active you become around here, the more support you receive, and the more easily your dream goal can become a reality. And that's just awesome that your hubby is on board too. Spouses should really be one's biggest supporter, but often that isn't the case. Good for both of you! I'm checking out that site, I LOVE low carb recipes. Thanks for the tip! Cheers to another successful day!

I would also recommend this page for lots of recipes. It is also good because it tells you recipes in the proper categories (attack, cruise etc): http://mydukandiet.com/ This lady's personal account of her Dukan Diet journey really helped me as well as it has lots of information and nice recipes: http://mydukandiary.com/ I'm starting again on 1st May. Thanks for the website info melaniejm! I will check it out and see if i can add to my new cooking style. I have found with this diet plan though that you really really need to add at least a multi vitamin to keep your energy up. Other than that i have been pretty pleased.
