My wife and I just finished a 3 day diet and I lost 5 lbs, however she actually gained a pound and we both were only allowed around 1000 calories a day intake. But due to the restricted foods her energy level was so low she could barely function. So today we both agreed to take matters into our own hands and control our diet by ourselves. My only concern is that this site recommends me to. Have 2900 calories a day... That seems like quite a bit of calorie intake. Well I suppose its also a matter of what the calories consist of. So here we go I guess.
