Something happened today that hasn't happened since January - I had some candy. It wasn't a 'cheat' or desparate measure, I had purchased a pack of the new coconut M&M's several days ago, and was waiting for a day where my calorie intake could support it, and today worked! They tasted good, but not as good as I was expecting for not having any candy for 8 weeks. On another note, I haven't really lost any weight this week... it seems too early on to be experiencing a plateau...? I plan to just keep on keeping on, if I can't break this in a couple of days, I'll have to come up with a way to force the scales :)
