Im doing ok... Could be doing better but at least I didn't gain. Thank god for that! Better luck this week. Id like to see 113 by next week....I can do it!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 63.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
