Started the DUKAN diet today. I've been on the Atkins and have reached a plateau. I believe the Dukan diet will jumpstart my weight loss again. I have only 45 pounds to lose.

Yay, I'm excited!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
