As I have been away visiting family, I had a reasonably good 2 days food and after weighing myself this morning, I haven't put on any weight. I kept to the 20 carbs as best I could. Just a little bit more meat than I usually have as the Carvery was sooo good! LOL.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1089 kcal Fat: 76.90g | Prot: 75.95g | Carb: 25.47g.   Breakfast: eggs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), cherry tomatoes, Cheddar cheese. Lunch: Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Spring Onions, Olive Oil, egg - boiled, celery, cucumber. Dinner: Brussels sprouts, broccoli, Roast pork, Frozen French cut green beans. Snacks/Other: Original Cream Cheese, cucumber, celery. more...
