I seem to be dropping lots of water weight, which is lovely. I'm enjoying the quick downward trend while it lasts. ; )
175.0 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone!! It's slowing down now I'm sure but I knew it would. Seeing the scale drop so quickly is always great and as debbily said, it's a real motivator but now the real work begins!
