Breakfast
20 oz whitechocolate latte made with fat free milk, cup kelloggs special k with 6 strawberrys sliced and 1/2 cup fat free milk, cup detox tea
snack tablespoon chunky peanutbutter
Lunch
3/4 cups mixed rice brown and jasmine with 3 oz pulled pork 1 teaspoon soy sauce
snack 1 reeses peanutbutter egg .6oz
Dinner
ate at Apple Bee's had there under 550 calories steak with mushrooms, onions, broccli, and potatoes glass water with lemon wedge, glass red wine

late night dessert 1 scoop vanilla icecream with carmeal, chocolate, sauces 1 ozeach 1oz slivered almonds, 2 tablespoons whipping cream 1 sliced bannana and a cherry
