Today has been a good day. Took the dogs to the dog park, I walked while they played ( instead of standing around) I was able to get in my 30 minutes of walking at a good pace. I purchased a Pedometer to help track my steps, it should be arriving next week. I'm starting slow focusing on the exercise portion first and trying to keep my calories at around 2000 or less.
