Yeah...I fell a bit behind yesterday in forgetting to work out but it kind of worked out for the best since I was within my calorie range yesterday. Today was my sister's birthday which is by no means an excuse to pig out...but I honestly didn't mean to go that far over my calorie range. Well...I did the workout I was supposed to do yesterday and combined it with today's...it made a small difference so I am kind of glad it worked out in such a way. I will make sure to follow my schedule a little more closely lol.
