I only lost .5 lbs the day after apple day and last night I had about 373 kcal before heading to Dioks and Roth's place where i had a bit of everything: pasta with a meatball, Patatim pork (a small square piece, a tofu), sliced hotdogs with onions and ketchup/s&s sauce (about 10 pcs), half a thigh of pollo loco chicken, clover chips (about 10 pcs), 1 mcdo chicken nugget, a sip of baileys, 2 pcs see's candies....argh! good times but today, I am dismayed that I gained 1 lb!!!

For Sunday, Apr 22: we ate at Mexican Pub where I ordered chicken fajita (which was good but super oily) and shrimp ceviche. Ugh! We weren't satisfied and so we went to Quickly and each had a taro slush, with the exception of myself and Sam...we also had popcorn chicken. talk about feeling sooooo guilty and dirty!!!!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
