Low blood sugar episode - made many trips up and down 3 flights of office stairs after breakfast only. It always takes a while to come back from those AND I am always sleepy.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
