Hi. I am not sure what version of the Paleo you are on, but in my experience, I had to eliminate all grains and sweet fruits. It looks like you are still eating those on a regular basis. The dark chocolate is not so bad, but the oats and bananas are, at least from what I have read (The Paleo Diet, Primal Body Primal Mind).
