hmmm. continue experimenting with cals in the 2100 range and protein at 130g.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2163 kcal Fat: 160.82g | Prot: 135.88g | Carb: 55.55g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, eggs, olive oil, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Raspberry Sugar Free Syrup, Organic Diced Tomatoes, baby spinach. Lunch: bell pepper, grape tomatoes, mixed greens, starkist tuna, Avocados, mushrooms. Dinner: Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, Mayonnaise,  MIM, mustard coleslaw (Linda Sue). Snacks/Other: ranch dressing, green bell peppers, macadamia nuts. more...
