Wednesday,
I remembered to get gas last night, that was a good thing, I am not sure I would have made it all the way home on the fumes that were left in there. Even remembered to go to the grocery store & yes we had our spaghetti last night & yes it was sure tasty. Went over in numbers somehow yesterday...somehow...really, I know how; strawberries & grapes. To make up for it, I spent 45 min on the eliptical this morning; 5376 strides & 752 calories burned says the display.
I made a cinnamon orange "donut" muffin for breakfast, topped with low carb powdered "sugar", I have to say that was pretty darn tasty...of course I was really hungry!
I should stop at the grocery store again...different store, with different specials, still on the way home though...need salad makings...again! Yummies!
Planning a return to the pool tomorrow morning. It's supposed to be raining, so that's a good plan.
Hope to be back journal surfing later today...till then...
Today I am thankful for the seemingly countless varieties of salad dressings under 100 calories & 5 grams sugar per serving to help keep me from getting bored with the same old thing everyday. Turns out I get bored easily, so variety helps keep things interesting which translates to longer term success...right? RIGHT!

Way to keep your salads interesting. And if you go over on fruit it isn't as bad as going over on chocolate and chips so that is a plus. Keep up the determination. Your breakfast sounds yummy!

Hey Steff...yes, that MIM was tasty! Got the inspiration from Ginnys low carb kitchen. Who would have ever though parmesan cheese would taste like a donut...not me!

Well I am hoping you have the donut recipe in your cook book..also can I make a MIM with regular flour??..I can't have fiber in my diet any more and flax meal etc..is chocked full of the stuff...Please help me..LOL..I love variety too...makes the days and food much better..

Wow...752 calories??!!! I'll be ecstatic if I ever break into the 300's for an exercise routine. But with all that work you do, you can then indulge a bit, as that muffin sounds divine! Enjoy the pool tomorrow morning.

Hey Bren...Yes, the donut mim is in my cookbook, titled my donut mim I think. Anyway, I sent you a PM w/recipe. As far as regular flour, IDK! Try it is all I can say, it's not a lot to throw out if it doesn't work.

Sandy...I think that machines counter is way off, it's just supposed to be a motivational tool & a general guide I guess. BUT, I sure do look like I got a good work out...like a whipped pup, huffin' & a puffin'...it sure aint pretty!
