No eating night before last. only a few wheat crackers last night. Walked 4 miles Sunday and worked in the yard saturday. I am eating what I want in SMALL quantities and not eating after 8.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
