Between health issues and flat out bad choices my weight has increased since my last weigh in which is why I haven't added my weight at all since 2009 but here it is...one step to helping is to admit the truth so here it is...eeks :(
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
