Monday...so today I am thinking I hate weekends. I can't be trusted to stick to "it" & keep my numbers within reason! As cheating goes, technically maybe I didn't cheat cause as ususal, I ate all low carb foods, but just way too much of it! Cause I am feeling slightly pouty & sorry for myself, I am going to blame Saturday on the cheese store that I finally made it to. It's a local place that sells locally made cheese. We are totally in love with their parmesan romano grated blend...like no other. We have been out for weeks, they are only open regular business shop daytime hours which we can't get to & only a few hours on Saturday. Two bags of parm/romano, one bag of fresh made provalone mozzarella string cheese (actually makes squeeks when eaten), lets see her...um, oh yeah, something possessed me to buy this Brie cheese in the cutest little round wooden box. I don't think I have ever even tried that kind before. They have so many different kinds of cheese. I did get some chicken soup cheese that the lady marveled had just been featured on food network & was supposed to taste like chicken soup without the chicken or the noodles, etc. & WOW...we had to put it away to keep from eating the whole thing right away, so that let to the crackers coming out & then some grapes, & then some nuts...I think you get the idea...anyway it probably wouldn't have been so bad, but it kinda happened on Sunday too. Anyway, I did the best I could recording food wise that is.
Didn't sleep real well last night, not sure if that was because of all I ate, or how exceptionally windy & noisy it was. Got up early, 4 am, paid my bills, did some laundry, packed the lunches...no excercise though.
Today, I am thankful the chicken soup cheese is gone! I tried the Brie, didn't much care for it & gave it away, string cheese won't be a problem I hope.
Oy, how does that go again....Never, EVER QUIT! Always, Always...ALWAYS find just one more way to try again. Taking my own advice, I am, I am....I AM!!!

I LOVE fresh cheese that squeaks! Some times there are just too many really good foods on this WOE! I guess even on plan, there are limits.....which I've been known to push myself. You've got such a great thing going, you've probably bounced back already!

Oh, I just love that kind of store! But don't hate yourself too badly - it is just on the weekend. It might just work out that you can have some wholesome treats every now and then and still lose weight.

I am such a cheese lover..I would eat melted cheese on just about everything..but you really have to stop somewhere..LOL..I have to agree never quit or give up on yourself..we may step off once in awhile
but we are human..I think..LOL...I ate my first salad today after being on a low residue diet...hope I do ok with that...its hard to live with out veggies...Enjoy that cheese...:O)

Can't believe you didn't love the Brie, GG. I LOVE cheese and it totally sounds like my kind of day, except that I'm dairy intolerant. Definitely don't beat yourself up. You'll lose the weight and feel better in no time. HUGS
