I joined here early last year with a group of 4 friends. We were each others motivation and inspiration. I had lost 10 pounds and was feeling wonderful. One by one, my friends dropped out or started other programs. I joined a zumba class and loved every minute of it. Then my work schedule changed and I could not longer make the classes. I also became really sick in the fall and it's been terrible for me ever since. I am the heaviest I've ever been and I hate the way I look and feel. My clothes don't fit, I'm tired all the time, and I hate seeing pictures of myself. I'm ready to start again and stick to it for a better me!
