Hate to admit this but I am a bit disappointed. The last day of my first week on Induction and I feel that I should have lost more than 3 lbs. I read about people losing 10lbs the first week and I would be happy with 5 but just didn't happen. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Even went the weekend with out drinking......oh well...maybe next week will be better. I am not giving up! One thing I will say is that I am not hungry all the time like I was on WW. I need to make a point to track online everything I eat, trying to go back and remember after the fact is difficult.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 April 2012:
960 kcal Fat: 70.01g | Prot: 67.90g | Carb: 14.67g.   Breakfast: tuna , egg boiled, celery, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol). Lunch: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese, egg, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: cauliflower and brocolli, pork chop. more...

People who lose a lot are mostly people who are bloated with water weight. It just means your weren't that bloated. It doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Just keep going and stick with it. Make sure your drinking water though to stay hydrated and flush out sodium.

Thanks Suzi, I drink plenty of water, sometime may more that I should.I am happy that I am not hungry all the time. I will stick with this.
