I really over did it today....hanging out with some friends, I ate 4 slices of pepperoni pizza - so wrong. Then when I weighed this morning, I gained 3 lbs. I hope the scale was wrong, maybe I need a good cleaning out.

4 pieces of pizza does not equal 3 lbs (10k++ calories). But my body does the same thing, there is immediate punishment for any wrong eating... Just do the right thing consistently and the pounds eventually come off, don't let small set backs throw you off track.
