Week 2 down. I lost about 4 LBS this week. I had a small gain and lost it back plus some more. Im happy that my plan is working.
Now Im at the beginning of week 3.
1. Steady 2. 10.59 netcarbs(low) 3. 1370 salt 4. 64 oz water 5. 3 ser. sweetener 6. 30mins exer. 7. 1481 cal. 8. no MOM TIME (bad day)
