1546 kcal Fat: 75.31g | Prot: 79.16g | Carb: 162.56g.   Breakfast: Cascadian Farm mutigrain squares cereal, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), thompson seedless raisins, raw sunflower seeds, Tempt hemp milk. Lunch: Tempt hemp milk, gimme the goose, alfalfa sprouts, chia seeds, vine sweet mini peppers, grapeseed oil, herbal tea, swiss cheese, Asparagus, Mushrooms. Dinner: sweet potato, rainbow chard, swiss cheese, Ezekiel 4 9 sprouted grain bread, herbal tea, Chobani greek yogurt nonfat plain, hot pepper jelly, vine sweet mini peppers, Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, large egg, Frigo part skim riccotta, gimme the goose. Snacks/Other: Tempt hemp milk, Sweetheart Cocoa Drops (Ellen Allard recipe), herbal tea. more...
