I went back to kettlebell class today. It was tough but I made it. I am really determined to get this weight off of me. I looked at my belly in the mirror and I wasn't pleased but I know that I'm making the changes to get the body I want. To be more healthy, fit and stronger as I turn 40 this year is very important to me.
