I really didn't want to go to the gym this morning. I decided that I would atleast go and do 30 minutes on the treadmill. However, I looked at my training schedule right before I was about to leave and saw that I was due for a 5 mile run :( So I told myself I'd go for 40 minutes. When I got to 40 minutes, a song came on that I liked, so I decided to go until the end of the song. After the song, I noticed that I was just a 1/2 mile short of 5 miles... so I kept going. Amazingly - I finished the 5 miles! It's amazing how sometimes you tell yourself you don't feel like it but once you get going it all changes!
