I am not sure why I am finding it so hard to log my food and exercise in. Especially when I put the app on my phone. There is just no excuse for it. But I am feeling better and that is what counts. This is the begining of a new week. I wish you all a blessed week and lets get ready for summer.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
