Long time since I weighed in here. I was hovering between 148-150 for a long time, then started seeing more 146's. The lowest number I'd seen several times recently was 146.6, so I felt like that was a pretty acurate estimate for me. However, today I weighed myself, after eating breakfast, and weighed 144.2 (not absolutely sure about the .2, might have been .8 or something). So, I'll go with that :) I've continued with yoga 2x/week. I try to eat healthy and reasonable portions. I do still have chocolate pretty much daily... can't totally give up my sugar. We have been making a move toward a vegan diet, which means that I've not had meat in the last week, or much dairy in the last several weeks (other than the chocolate :). I did buy soy milk and ice cream. We'll see what this dietary switch does to my weight. I am interested in seeing a nutritionist, if I can get the money together.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
