Back from my camping trip.....all in all I made much healthier choices than I would have in years past. :) The snacking could have been curtailed a bit, but overall I picked healthier food choices, grilled fish, salads, egg white omelets, etc.
But now that I'm BACK it's time to get serious! I was right back in the gym yesterday getting my 4 miles in on the treadmill! That felt good! And today I decided to mix things up a bit, and I did the eliptical machine for 20 mins, and then the treadmill for 15. It wasn't a long workout but it got me sweating! Sweating away the pounds! :)
