Down another 1.4 pounds!! Every pound is great!! On week 5 of the Couch to 5k Program; Slowly but surely making progress, today is 5 mins walk / 11 mins jog / 5 mins walk; Also drinking lots of Green Tea.
Overall, I feel really good; Its nice to be able to see light down the tunnel!!
