I did really well today. I ate 20 total carbs, managed to eat a reasonable amt. of calories, joined the Atkins Tough Love Boot Camp Group and walked again on the treadmill (OK - it was only 15 min.). Oh and I got my ketone sticks and they turned dark purple. So except for drinking that Diet Dr. Pepper and weighing myself in-between my weekly weigh-ins it was a near perfect day. Someone did tell me today I should drink 1/2 my weight in ounces of water every day. For me that would be 119.5 oz a day. I was proud of drinking 64 oz of water a day. I don't know how I will manage to drink 119.5 oz. Thanks everyone who has been offering me info. and support.
