A little discouraged. This is my time of the month and I am feeling bloated again. Sticking to the diet mostly, but had a couple splurges during the weekend. Had a really difficult time motivating myself to go to the gym yesterday. Would have rather stayed home and watched TV with the kids. Didn't have the energy to run more than 20 minutes. How am I ever going to do a 5K???
