These pounds are getting harder and harder to burn off! But it'll happen... :) sometimes waiting sucks. I can't believe I have made it this far, even my goals were only set the 170 weight range. I really didn't believe I could make it that far, so why set a un-reachable goal. I feel so much better about myself now though. My self-confidence needed this healthy boost.

So if you're reading this: don't give up on yourself, you control your own life, stick to goals that will better your life, and don't give up.

Razzle, I took a look at your calorie intake. It seems very low to me. This COULD be the reason that you're not losing weight as fast as you'd like. Maybe you should consider an Indulgence Day? At least, consider rebooting by recalculating your RDI and set a realistic activity level. You're getting so close to your goal - I know you can reach it.

Just seen this king. :) I tried a take on indulgence day.. I just gained weight afterward. Now I've been doing week off diet, week on diet. I do cut my calories really low, but at this stage its soo hard to get it off.
