The fitness center I work out at is closed for the day, and so I was able to rest my muscles and relax a bit. My diet was good though. I was able to eat 5 small meals, with calories adding up to 1100 cal, and had some form of protein with every meal. Very good day.

Things to work on:
*Drink more water
*Be more careful about condiments in food.
*Make a conscious effort to move more other than designated exercise time.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
