Went to the Zumba class at our gym. After just 15 minutes I was sweating like a pig. After an hour I was entirely wrung out. I can't tell you how many times I thought, no one will mind if I just slip out. But I stayed the whole time.
I am SO uncoordinated, but that is secondary to the exercise goal!

That sounds like my first day at Zumba! I joked that my coordination must have gotten lost under all the fat. :-) It does get easier to do the steps after a couple of classes. Don't forget to smile, laugh and have fun with it!
