1640 kcal Fat: 48.71g | Prot: 51.86g | Carb: 260.50g.   Breakfast: quaker chewy peanut butter chocolate chip, banana, great value original coffee creamer. Lunch: Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Browned Turkey Breast, 35 bread, jiff peanut butter, pringles fat free original potato chips, nabisco ginger snaps. Dinner: tyson chicken breast patti, pringles fat free chips, natures own whole wheat roll. Snacks/Other: quaker chewy peanut butter chocolate chip, great value 2% milk, post honeycomb cereal. more...
