Did reasonably well this week but the lbs are all over the place. Dropped 2 lbs in the first 1/2 of the week, but by today they were back on. Not sure why.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's very normal for our bodies to fluctuate with water weight all day long. It could be something as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Make sure your drinking your water. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight.
