Switching my gym membership... The new one not only is a nicer location, but they also have a branch close to my home, so now I have two locations covenient to home and work! I tried out a boot camp class this morning and really got my heart rate up. The odd thing was that it would spike at times when I wasn't even thinking about it - the class kept my brain focussed on completing the task at hand which was really helpful.
