WOW this week has been so difficult. I went to the doctor and they put me on steroids. Needless to say I have had some nasty cravings. Last night was the worst. I craved sugar all day and night. I ate a piece of KFC crispy chicken. I know it was wrong but I did it. Then last night I had 2 jellos and 1/2 sprite zero, and half akins bar. LOl depsite all that I was still down a LB today. Just hope it all doesnt catch up with me lol.

Next time your family goes to KFC, you can still follow Atkins! Get their Double Down Sandwich with the Grilled Chicken. Its the all meat one (The breast patties act as the bun) so it contains the 2 grilled chicken breasts, cheese, bacon and a sauce. Their website brings it in at around 3 Net Carbs. Good Luck!

I went to KFC the other day. I ask for the grilled double down. They told they dont make it like that there anymore. :( Oh well guess Ill have something else.
