Not the best first week when it comest to exercise but I was spot on with the diet portion. I was hoping to maybe lose a couple more pounds as well but Im more than happy with what I have lost so far. Next week more cardio and weight training should help shed more weight!!!
218.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
