Had a luncheon today with all the VPs of the organization. They served cattered box lunches with 1/2 sandwich roast beef with swiss on wheat. 1/2 ham and cheddar on wheat. 1/2 Turkey with unknown type of cheese on wheat. There were also 1/2 cup size servings of mixed fruit and pasta. Oh and a HUGE oatmeal raisin cookie. Not a really good selection for someone on the Atkins diet. I ate the sandwiches but have no way to even estimate the calories or carbs in this selection. Didn't eat any of the other items. So, probably went way over my carbs today. Start over again tomorrow.

Way to go, just get right back on track and don't worry about the road bumps. My hubby has the same problem. They offered pizza and pasta at their meeting yesterday--which everyone loved, but it was a set back for hubby even though he didn't eat much. But he just gets back on track.
