So today is Wednesday... Almost to the weekend!

I am working a 12 hour day today and I am already feeling super tired. I have not journaled in a while so it's definintely time. I started grad school yesterday so that's another item on my plate (am i crazy or something??) I am excited though...

I also recently found out I have some wierd stuff going on with the veins in my legs... turns out I have some reflux going on causing problems with my circulation and some swelling in my lower legs and feet. So... I had one of three procedure to correct the problem yesterday. It was pretty quick and painless... only thing is, I can't exercise again until at least Tuesday April 3rd! I'm a little nervous about that because I don't wanna fall off the wagon but exercise is not an option right now :O( I'm just going to focus on my eating which should not be a problem. I am going to keep my carbs low, may even lower them for the next two weeks since I am not exercising at all.

Also, I'm traveling to Virginia to visit my sister and brothers and hope to see some other good friends while I am there this weekend. This group LOVES TO EAT OUT (yikes!!) I have not seen this group of friends since december, that was about 35 pounds ago so the plan is to get them excited about getting healthy so we ALL can make good food choices this weekend...wish me luck!

You are on a roll!! Just apply your new eating habits,while dining out...You can usually find grilled chicken breast everywhere, salad and vegetable of the day...you know what works for you...Have a Blast with the Family...and who knows maybe once they see and see your choices they may decide to jump on the wagon as well...best of luck...
